Primehealth Medical Center, P.C. was established by Dr. Faleye in 1999 based on a dream to provide 'World Class' Adult Primary Care in a dedicated 'Traditional Internal Medicine' practice following medical training, residency and medical practice experience from Howard University Hospital, Washington, D.C. . United Kingdom and Nigeria in West Africa.

This unique wide ranging experience in the management of many complex medical problems from minor outpatient medical problems to the most critically ill hospitalized patients makes our delivery of Primary Care highly desirable and consistently appreciated by our patients and our referral specialists. 

Our practice remains uniquely independent with our physicians actively involved in Inpatient and Outpatient care at Methodist, Baptist and Saint Francis Memphis-area hospitals. We continue to commit to personally admitting our practice patients ourselves or designating and arranging attending physicians for hospitalization.

Primehealth Medical Center, P.C. was one of the earliest medical practices in the Mid-South to adopt advanced Healthcare IT and EHR paperless technologies in advancing patient health and practice efficiency. e-Health and Internet-E-mail based patient care have been available in our practice since 2001.

We now operate one of the most effective online patient portals allowing patients to efficiently communicate with us online, request appointments online, as well as view records and test results online. 

Dr. Faleye is also a specialist Clinical Informaticist and President of Primary Care Health Information Technologies, LLC. dba. Meamedicus(R); a Telemedicine service company delivering Telemedicine care in Senior Care, School Health and Occupational Health.
